Olubayo Samuel is a final-year M.Sc. Electrical Engineering student completing my master’s program in January 2027 at Universität Rostock and a Research Assistant working on high-precision indoor localisation. My core strength is deep electrical and communications engineering: BLE channel sounding, RF propagation modelling with Sionna RT, phase-based ranging, real-time systems, Linux, embedded systems, control engineering and overall systems architecture and design.
Before Germany, I spent a decade building: leading engineering teams as a CTO, founding an e-learning platform that reached over 4,000 young people across six countries, and designing hardware that shipped. I am now preparing to break into the German engineering job market, and I bring that same intensity to everything I take on.
