Comprehensive Spine & Joints is a pain management and orthopedic practice in Lathrup Village, Michigan, led by board-certified physician Dr. Nabil Hordroj. Before this build, the practice had a weak online presence that gave prospective patients little reason to trust them with something as personal as chronic pain, in a field where that trust decides whether someone books a first appointment at all.
Researching other pain management and spine clinic websites turned up the same combination of problems almost everywhere: cold, clinical design that does nothing to build trust, pages dense with medical terminology that patients don’t understand or connect with, a poor mobile experience, and calls to action that get lost in the noise. Nearly every competitor leaned on scientific language to prove competence, but that approach rarely helped a patient in pain understand whether this practice could actually help them.
I built the opposite. The content strategy breaks every service and condition down by outcome first, how a patient will feel and move differently, not by clinical procedure, so a visitor searching “why does my lower back hurt” immediately sees themselves in the page rather than a wall of terminology. That’s paired with a warm, trustworthy design, a mobile experience built to match, clear calls to action throughout, and a full SEO and AI SEO foundation so patients searching for pain relief in Michigan actually find the practice.
